Shipping & Returns

All Diagzen products are digital products. There is no physical shipment and no shipping delay: your download instructions and direct download link (Mega / Drive) are sent to your email instantly after your payment is received, and the same links stay available in your account under order details.

Because download links cannot be taken back once delivered, no return is accepted, with one exception: a product that does not work. If your software fails on a compatible system, contact support with screenshots of the error. If our team cannot get it running for you, you are refunded in full.

Broken or expired links are re-issued free of charge at any time — just reply to your delivery email.
